Engaged Humans is for individuals and businesses seeking to invest in themselves and their employees. It is for those who wish to cultivate an environment that transcends the ordinary, transforming it into something genuinely purposeful and fulfilling.
Paula Quinsee, the founder of Engaged Humans, has worked in the personal development space for over 12 years, assessing individuals and teams, facilitating, workshopping, and empowering many kindred spirits that seek to change their situation. She is a certified Imago Relationship Therapy Educator and Facilitator, NLP Practitioner, PDA Analyst, Coach and Trainer, and has completed Brene Brown’s Dare To Lead training.
Firstly, thank you for finding your way here.
Before I start introducing myself, I want to acknowledge the importance of you recognising the value and impact of creating engagement and connection in your organisation – for your employees.
I strongly believe everyone has value to add, and I am committed to creating a workplace culture where all members of the team feel comfortable unlocking their potential. I have been involved in developing personal growth programs for both individuals and teams, and am passionate about promoting mental health awareness and ending gender-based violence.
I left my corporate job in the financial services sector to start my own consultancy. In addition to running workshops and training programs, I have also written two self-help guides: “Embracing Conflict” and “Embracing No”, and as a sought-after speaker, covering topics on employee engagement, conflict resolution, building relationships and much more.
In my spare time, I look to make an impact in communities through organisations such as The Clothing Bank, Partners For Possibility and LifeLine, as well as giving back through various sporting fundraising events.
